Return Policy

Because our meals are made fresh and perishable, PETCHEFY does not accept physical returns. Once food leaves our kitchen, it cannot be restocked or resold safely.

Refund Policy

If this was your first order and you or your dog aren’t completely satisfied, reach out to hello@petchefy.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll work with you to adjust recipes, portions, or meal plans to better fit your dog’s needs.
If that still doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll issue a full refund on your first order.

Ongoing Orders

For returning customers, refunds are not available once food has been prepared and shipped. Multiple reminders are sent ahead of each delivery to allow time for cancellations or updates before your next order is processed.

However, if an issue arises as a result of a PETCHEFY error—such as incorrect items, delivery delays, or other order-related mistakes—please reach out to our team. Once verified, we’re happy to offer full or partial discounts to make it right.

Donation Suggestion

While we can’t accept returns, we encourage donating any unopened meals to a local animal shelter or rescue.
Many shelters welcome fresh or frozen food donations, and it’s a great way to help dogs in need while minimizing waste.
