    Your delivery is brought straight to your door. We deliver locally in reusable insulated bags that maintain the food’s freshness. All we ask is that you leave the bag outside your front door on designated delivery days.

  • Day 1-2

    Start by mixing a small amount of PETCHEFY in your dog's current food. Make sure the amount of PETCHEFY added to their bowl is equal to the amount you remove of their current food. Gradually increase the ratio over time.

  • Day 3-4

    Increase 25% PETCHEFY to 75% old food. Observe your dog's stool to ensure a healthy transition. If it deteriorates, revert ratio to where you last observed healthy stool.

  • Day 5-6

    Increase the ratio. 50% PETCHEFY to 50% old food.

  • Day 7-9

    Move to a ratio of 75% PETCHEFY to 25% old food. If stool quality deteriorates revert ratio back to where you last observed healthy stool.

  • Day 10

    Finally, it's time to switch entirely to your new food!

What is human grade dog food?

The term "human-grade" refers to ingredients that meet the same standards and regulations as those intended for human consumption. Our dog food is made of 100% real food ingredients with a specialized vitamin and mineral blend for a complete and fully-balanced nutritious meal.

Is all dog food made from human-grade ingredients?

No. The Association of American Feed Control Official (AAFCO) sets the standard for pet food and states that meat designated as 4-D (dead, dying, diseased, or disabled) may be used in dog food if rendered at high heat and pressure — a process known to produce carcinogens, a leading cancer-causer in dogs. A majority of dog food manufacturers provide feed-grade ingredients with highly processed kibble that often contains low quality animal by-product, fillers, and other hard to pronounce additives.

How is PETCHEFY dog food made and packaged?

All ingredients are sourced from distributors and wholesalers of human-grade food here in South Florida. We use a gently cooked technique that allows for easier digestion, increased nutrient retention, and better flavor. After the food is cooked and cooled we tailor the packaging to your dog’s caloric needs in vacuum sealed recyclable bags.

What is the shelf life and how should I store it?

PETCHEFY is made of 100% real ingredients. All food should be frozen. Food that is actively being fed should be consumed right away once unthawed. Opened refrigerated bags should be consumed within 2-3 days. Frozen food can hold for up to 6 months.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at anytime. Please note: in order to not be charged please make sure to cancel before payments are processed Friday at 12AM preceding your next expected delivery date.

How does pricing work?

Prices are determined based on the amount of food which is dictated by your dog’s size, activity level, and caloric needs.

What can I expect on delivery day?

Based on your delivery instructions we can leave food in refrigerated package rooms or at your front door. Deliveries occur every two weeks on Wednesday from 6AM-5PM.
